The Service Engagement & Pricing The Process Tech & Platforms After Launch

01 The Service

I build digital infrastructure for professional services firms. That includes authority positioning systems (GEO), custom AI chat agents, CRM and workflow automation, automated email nurture sequences, and performance advertising. Everything I build is engineered to work together as a connected system, not a collection of standalone tools.
GEO stands for Generative Engine Optimisation. When prospects ask ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Google AI for recommendations, your firm either appears in those answers or it doesn't. GEO is the methodology for making sure it does. Traditional SEO gets you found on Google. GEO gets you cited by AI.
Professional services firms where expertise is the product: accounting firms, law practices, engineering consultancies, advisory firms, and specialist consultancies. If your firm sells thinking rather than hours, and you're tired of being the best-kept secret in your niche, Growth Rebels is built for you.
Most agencies deliver campaigns. I build systems. The difference is that campaigns stop working when you stop paying, while systems compound over time. I also don't do social media calendars, brand awareness exercises, or monthly reports full of vanity metrics. Everything I build has a measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
Yes, individual pieces can be built on their own. That said, they are one connected system, and every build starts by deciding what your firm should be known for, so the pieces point in the same direction. The real power comes from stacking them on shared infrastructure: an AI chat agent that feeds your CRM, which triggers nurture, backed by performance ads, all on the same backbone.

02 Engagement & Pricing

Most firms start free, with the AI Scan or an intro call. From there, an Infrastructure Audit is $450 and credited in full toward a build: a day of work on what your setup actually runs on and where enquiries leak. It is recommended, not required. Then there are two builds. Launch is $2,000 for firms whose buyers already know what they want and simply need to find you. An Engine build starts at $6,000, for firms whose buyers take months to decide and have to be taught first, with positioning and scoping included rather than billed separately. You can spread any build over 12 or 24 months with Rent-to-Own. After that, every build sits on a monthly plan from $149 to $3,000, depending on how hard you want the system working. Every number is on the pricing page. The right choice depends on your cash flow preference and how hands-on you want us to be after launch.
On the pricing page, in full. Every build price, every monthly plan and a fixed-price servicing menu are published, because making you sit through a call to find out what something costs wastes your afternoon and mine. The only build without a single published figure is the Engine build, which starts at $6,000 and gets scoped to a fixed price before you commit to anything.
Keep is $149 a month and every build sits on it. Hosting, uptime monitoring and backups, security and platform updates, your AI agent answering around the clock, your nurture emails still going out, and someone whose problem it is when something breaks. It keeps the machine alive. Making it win harder is what the plans above Keep are for.
For builds, no. You pay for the build, it is yours. Keep and every plan above it run month to month. For retainer-based services like Performance Ads or the Authority Framework, I recommend a minimum engagement period so the system has time to compound, but we'll discuss that during scoping rather than locking you in upfront.
This is where the system approach pays off. If you already have the CRM infrastructure in place, adding a new service like Automated Nurture or an AI Chat Agent costs less because the backend already exists. I don't rebuild what's already working.
The intro call is a free, no-pressure chat to get to know each other. If you would rather see evidence before talking, an Infrastructure Audit is $450 and credited toward a build, and you get the written report without a call. Deciding what your firm should be known for is part of a build rather than a separate purchase.

03 The Process

It follows four steps. First, a free intro call to understand your firm and whether we're the right fit (running the free AI Scan first is a good way to see where you stand). Second, an Infrastructure Audit if you want one, at $450 credited toward a build, showing what your setup runs on and where it leaks. Third, I scope the build and fix the price, including deciding what you should be known for. Fourth, I build the system. The timeline depends on scope, but most individual pieces go live within 2-4 weeks.
I need your input at the start, for positioning and content gathering. After that, I build independently and check in at key milestones. I don't send you weekly status meetings or ask you to approve every design choice. You'll see the work at meaningful decision points.
An AI Chat Agent: 1-2 weeks. CRM and automation setup: 2-3 weeks. Automated nurture sequences: 1-2 weeks. Performance Ads setup: 1-2 weeks. The full Authority Framework: 6-10 weeks depending on scope. These are working timelines, not calendar timelines padded with waiting.
Access to your existing website, any brand guidelines you have, and some time at the start to settle your positioning. For AI Chat Agents, I'll need your service documentation, FAQs, and pricing structures. For Performance Ads, access to any existing ad accounts. I'll send you a clear checklist.

04 Tech & Platforms

I build on Cloudflare (hosting and edge workers), Airtable (CRM and databases), Make.com (workflow automation), and Claude API (AI agents). For websites, I use clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript deployed on Cloudflare Pages. No WordPress, no heavy CMS, no plugins that break.
Yes. The website code, the CRM structure, the automation workflows, the AI knowledge base, all of it is yours. If you ever want to take it in-house or move to another provider, you can. I don't hold your infrastructure hostage.
Speed, security, and simplicity. Cloudflare Pages loads faster than any WordPress site, has no plugins to update or break, no security vulnerabilities from outdated themes, and costs almost nothing to host. Your site is a static asset that just works.
No. That's what the maintenance retainer covers. I handle all updates, monitoring, and technical management. If you want to make simple content changes, I can show you how, but you'll never need to touch code or debug a broken plugin. For why that ongoing job matters more than the build itself, see I audited my own systems and found six open doors.
In most cases, yes. Make.com connects to over 1,500 applications, and Airtable works with virtually any modern business tool. If you're using Xero, MYOB, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Slack, or similar platforms, I can wire them into your system.

05 After Launch

It depends on your engagement model. Project clients move to the maintenance retainer where I monitor, update, and support. Retainer clients continue with ongoing optimisation. Either way, your system doesn't just launch and get forgotten.
Real metrics, not vanity metrics. For GEO: are you being cited by AI search engines? For AI Chat Agents: conversations, qualified leads, CRM entries. For Nurture: open rates, conversion rates, pipeline progression. For Ads: cost per acquisition, ROAS, qualified lead volume. I set up tracking as part of every build.
That's the point of building on shared infrastructure. Adding a new service, expanding to a new practice area, or rolling out to additional offices is faster and cheaper because the backbone already exists. The system is designed to grow with your firm.
The maintenance retainer includes monitoring and priority support. If something breaks, I fix it. For critical issues (site down, chat agent offline), I respond within hours, not days.
